I loved being able to easily walk to all the central Madrid sites and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating, making sure that any changes we needed were taken care of. The bathroom in the room was clean and well-maintained. Despite some noise on the street due to pedestrian traffic, I felt safe in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to walk to all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants within minutes. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. the room was clean and well-maintained, definitely a plus. The staff was also friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information we needed for our city trip.
The size of the room. It was quite small and cramped, especially if you are traveling with someone else.
